Refund Policy

Refund & Returns Policy – FloorsAU

At FloorsAU, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and efficiently. Once your order is confirmed, processing begins immediately. As a result, we kindly ask that you select your products carefully, as refunds cannot be issued after the order has been dispatched.

 

Flooring Exchanges

If you need to exchange your flooring, please notify us within two (2) days of receiving your order, ensuring the product remains uninstalled and unaltered. Return shipping to FloorsAU’s Brisbane warehouse is the responsibility of the customer.

We offer 30 days for you to return items. Products must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for exchange.

 

Change of Mind Returns

For returns due to a change of mind, if the product has not been dispatched, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to cover handling and processing costs.

Once the flooring has been installed, you are deemed to have accepted the product, and FloorsAU will not be responsible for any removal costs.

 

Damaged or Faulty Products

In the rare case that your flooring arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, FloorsAU will arrange for return shipping and provide a replacement at no additional cost.

To assist us in resolving the issue quickly, please provide photos of the damage or fault (preferably with the product in its original packaging). This helps us investigate and improve our service.

 

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Full-paying customers are eligible for exchanges.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Exchanges must be for the entire quantity of flooring from the original order. Partial returns, spares, or leftover materials will not be accepted.
